How to Use:

Open the sachet and apply the first bandage, starting from the ankle of the right leg and working up to the abdomen. Then apply the second bandage, starting from the ankle of the left leg and working up to the abdomen. Leave on for about 30-40 minutes. Remove the bandages and massage in excess fluid. Avoid direct contact with mucous membranes.
